I am extremely disappointed. I waisted 15 days on training and another 15 days waiting for Q&A session. still I am ok to wait, but both time I booked Q & A session their was no prior intimation. Todays Q&A session invitation was even horrible. I got an email just before 1 hour to join Q & A session! can you believe? That means Dream port does not respected their participant's time? To be honest I do not understand what is going on? why its so difficult to respect an applicant's time who already invested so much with out a single pay. In my years work experience In international MNC, this is the first company in my life is so disrespectful to their applicant. The first impression of dream port is so bad what will happened after joining? I am starting to believe its all a scam!

Knowledge test 3 if u kept all ans correct they will show wrong only . Using this failed test they will reject in training

The communication make a world of difference. Guys the management is not bad. they have few different profiles as well and the communications are far better. For Dream port sales they should really improve... after two weeks of interaction i am starting to gain confidence that i can trust this company. Being said that the salary is very low compare to indian market its does not provide internet expense, food coupons or ticket restaurant where amazon and almost all other MNc provide 2500 meal card recharge neither any health insurance. May be in future we will see... im in different department now and already i can see huge difference in terms of communication and training.
