Amazing video! I’m attending a wedding here this year and I selected the junior swim up suite for me and my boyfriend. Is it different that preferred club? Or all the junior swim up suites the same like in this video?

Preferred club has extra perks and location is different. Also, swim up suite is just that, a pool entry out the back door that connects to other pools. This video shows a private pool room which is different

is it really true that the suite is for adults only? I booked the hotel for myself and my two sons (six and eight years old) and was offered the Suite. Should i rebook?

No you should be fine! The resort next door is adults-only (Breathless). Enjoy your vacation!

Ni se les ocurra quedarse cuando el hotel esté en su máxima capacidad, es “HORRIBLE” la experiencia vivida hace poco, me quede en la habitación 5147 del Club Preferred y fue pésima la estadía en los 4 días que estuvimos en Semana Santa (01 a 04 abril 2021). No le deseo a nadie esta experiencia.
