I first heard this played by Psychemagik at a little basement club in San Francisco called Monarch, somewhere around 2015, I guess? I’d never heard of the group before arriving there that night and the tune just absolutely destroyed the dance floor. I’ve never heard a better remix in my life. They may have even improved on the original which is a wild thing to say about one of the most iconic tunes ever. This will forever be in rotation. Thank you, Psychemagik for making one of my all time favorite songs.

As a Deejay from the late 90s and huge fan of good remixes and Fleetwood Mac, I have to agree. This remix is brilliant, before this it was the remix by gigamesh which was more of an enhancement than a remix.

This is not a remix in my opinion this is a remasterpiece (I apologize for the cheesy expression). Every tone, every beat is sublime almost ethereal and melancholic in terms of the soundscapes. Wow this makes me euphoric to the core. Simplistic yet so complex. Bravo, well done Psychemagik!

Review of Psychemagik's 2012 Remix of Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams":Gobsmacked. With technology and creativity, this Psychemagik version adds an ethereal vocal quality to an already perfect song.Stevie Nicks (lead), Lindsey Buckingham (harmony) and Christine McVie (harmony) have their voices sampled into a new melody motif which sounds like melting chocolate.And just like how chocolate acts on receptors in the brain releasing pleasure-generating (eg. dopamine and serotonin) neurotransmitters, this unique melody motif bestows a similar psychoactive effect. Yum. John McVie's bass and Mick Fleetwood's drums are remodelled around this stunning feature.A mellow dance beat underpins the whole affair. Which surprisingly doesn't clash with Mick Fleetwood's percussion. The fairy-dust synth effects are just lovely and feels a little movie soundtrack-esque.The one negative on this 2012 mix is similar to Deep Dish's on their 2006 version, repetition of the lyric, "Listen carefully to the sound." An overdone emphasis which makes the timeless '77 original sound dated within 21st Century remixing cliches. Hopefully the next bunch who refresh the song may feel the same...On the whole though, Psychemagik gift us a respectful enhancement of a Fleetwood Mac treasure... 9 out of 10

So I'm 0:24 seconds into this video and im no musical genius, that being said in comparison to other mixes of dreams I've heard at 0:24 this is the song dreams that i was looking for , idk how else to say it.
