I have the heated tube today but no little tube to connect to normal tube, can heated tube be used on its own? If not what size connector tube do i need?

Hello, Do not attempt to fill the tank while it is still inside the humidifier. Turn the machine off, remove the tank to fill with water, and place back into the humidifier. Sleep well.

Is there a trick to remove the tube from the station? It feels impossible and almost like I am going to break it.

Hello, are you using Heated Tubing or Standard Tubing?

@@CPAPX Thats the thing , it is the standar tubing which should be just pulling it out , right? but its just so tightly in there that I feel like I would break the whole thing trying to pull it out and the reason I dont apply more force to it to try it since I am a big man and dont want to break it. Just need to be sure before I try unless theres a specific thing I need to do first?

Hello, if you're trying to pull the tube straight off it can be difficult to remove. We suggest wiggling the tube a little and it should slip off. Sleep well.
