#23 for Brisbane is Charlie Cameron, one of the best small forwards in the league. When he was early in his career he played on the same team as Eddie Betts and they were the most exciting forward line to watch!

With the Lions facing Geelong this Friday, now is the perfect time for you to react to “the miracle on grass”. Aka the biggest comeback in modern footy. 52 point comeback to win in just over 1 quarter of play.

10:09 If you have an opportunity to dispose of the ball but you get tackled & dont get rid of it properly (i.e. you throw it, drop it, or hold it in), its a free kick to the tackler for holding the ball.

See you next week! Geelong v Brisbane. Go Cats! You are talking about Kysaiah 'Kozzy' Pickett from Melbourne. Only in his 2nd year and having a big impact. Great vertical leap and always seems to be in the right place to get the crumb. The last play was holding the ball. He was tackled and didn't dispose of it correctly, either by kick or handball, he just dropped it on the ground and then hit it away. He then had a total brain fade/tantrum and didn't give the ball back quickly even after the umpire asked 3 times, some umpires would have called it after asking once. So in addition to giving away a free kick, a 50 metre penalty was added. Because they were inside 50 metres from goal Brisbane got a shot directly in front from the top of the goal square. Since you seem to be getting into the games you might find this webpage handy, has a list of common footy terms and their meaning. The first one is some basics and the second is a bigger list. www.afana.com/wikis/faq/footy_faq_footy_words_you_need_know-161 en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Appendix:Australian_rules_football_slang

Great reaction, dude...the Lions are silencing their detractors and pushing hard for a Grand Final berth. Big challenge next week against Geelong but no reason they can't cause another upset. Regarding the final play you were wondering about: the Melbourne player (Jake Lever) put the ball on the ground while being tackled, then paddled it forward with his hand. That's the same as dropping the ball during a tackle, and a free kick. He then took too long to return the ball to the Brisbane player, which is time wasting and a 50m penalty

Big game next week vs Geelong who are by far the best team in the league but the fact you eliminated the defending premiers will give you huge confidence One more win and your in the Grand Final
