Maybe because the first video was just the testimony that Angelina had made a new song. In this video done much better instead you also understand what and how she sings, even though it was always made with makeshift means. To tell the truth almost all the concerts of the last few years that we have seen come from amateur footage made with cell phones. We can only imagine the impact when there will be professional footage.

Interesting perspective. I believe this song is a reference to her not wanting a relationship at all at this point because she doesn't have the time with her blossoming career to invest in a relationship so she tells him right from the beginning that she isnt in that space, but even hearing that from her isnt enough, he just smiles and says she doesnt mean it and that they can make it work. I think she knows at this point all the words have been put on the table and her only other recourse is to not show on Valentines day as a final 'word' and nail in the coffin of the relationship. I may be way off base, but her songs usually are on a deeper level than what you first take in.

Yeah it is the opposite in some ways, that was my thoughts, the anti NITF. Doesn't have to be a man's point of view. But for sure. Someone thinking they don't deserve you and letting you go not trusting themself, vs someone thinking they aren't worthy of unconditional love maybe. Who is the bad Valentine? Every good story is about development of the characters, preferably with a twist or realization on the way. While in the beginning it sounds like Angelina as the protagonist is cold and bad, we find out as we listen that it is not the case. She wants passion, fire and honesty. He is insincere, dispassionate and somewhat self absorbed - sees/hears only what he wants to see and hear, therefore will never really know her. If all passion is lost on his world, who is the bad Valentine? Angelina is an outstanding story teller. Don't expect to get the whole story from the first verse. I always await an unfolding tale and allow myself to be taken on her journey. Gary
