We hit Surfin Donuts every time we go up to Doheny! Were there this morning (8/4). Egg & cheese croissant and chocolate glazed donut are the best! Never see the parking like that on a weekend LOL!

This was my favorite break growing up. Got in this water at four years old. DId you got to Pedros?? Also, if you go to the R side of the pier, Flilipe Toledo is down there quite a bit.

Ben surfing donuts is one of the best places ever for donuts.Remember the day they opened. All the donuts are delicious it’s don’t matter if you have a favorite if your a donut fan you’ll love all them. The secret is to get a box of assorted donuts and just cut them into 4ths and then there you go can have four different kinds ❤. Hope that helps you out so you don’t have to eat four different donuts and not be able to surf afterwards I learned the hard way and no pass this wisdom on to you good people. Chee

There's a donut shop called Peterson's about 30 minutes east over in Escondido that is next level. They've been open 24 hours a day every day for like 25 years. The place is an institution. They have these donuts that they call 'pillows' that kind of peel apart in layers like a French pastry. Insanity. People are always skeptical until they try one and then they're like, oh I see why we drove all the way over here.

Possums are a l gift.. They do all kinds of pest control. They haver a low body temperature so they don't get rabies, and they are just special animals..They only live like three years max though.
