I agree that the bad taste of ACV is best masked by combining it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and using it as a Salad Dressing. I sprinkle a layer of Nutritional Yeast Flakes on top of the Salad, then add ACV and EVOO to it. The Nutritional Yeast absorbs them and keeps the vinegar and oil from pooling at the bottom of the Salad. It is also a great source of B-Complex Vitamins. 👍

Dr. Ekberg, saying thank you just doesn’t cut it for how I appreciate this information. I have an aversion to ACV and hearing that other vinegars have benefits made my day. Thank you for showing the numbers and proof of the value of certain foods as well. ACV is the only vinegar that I cannot stand, I love all the others. Mentioning mustard, sauerkraut, vinegar and oil salad dressing, and even pickles made me so very happy. Much appreciation and admiration to you! Thank you, Cynthia Rucker 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I use ACV in smoothies (great!), I put some in mineral water with lemon (great!), and I make all my dressings with it and salsa. I think once your body recognizes, that ACV is a good thing, you start loving it. If I forget to put it in my smoothie there's something missing... Tip: Just dilute it with enough water if you drink it plainly - it´s not bad at all.

Yes this is so true, I've drank the equivalent to the study 2 TBS and actually noticed significant weight loss. With the gummies in comparison it was absolutely nothing. I found a recipe that can make it tolerable to consume, chamomile tea with 2 TBS of ACV, and 1 TBS of fresh squeezed lemon juice. I drank this every other day with a meal to aid digestion as well, and lost a noticeable amount of weight, and i also noticed I had more energy and it was so much easier to wake up in the morning.

@@lorichet I also think small or moderate amounts of sugar are not a huge problem. Are gummies ideal? Nope. But I mean, 4g of sugar is hardly going to give you diabetes. I feel sometimes people go to the extreme on their advice. I bet it is more harmful for your health to obsess over the trace amounts of sugar in your diet versus just avoiding the big bad stuff. In a lot of ways, what these guys tout (him and Dr Berg) are sort of making perfection the enemy of good. That said, I have huge respect for both of those guys, I just think that they have one tool (keto/hammer) and to them, every problem is a nail that needs to be hammered.

I think the "Healthy" idea that's being sold, is just something that makes people feel better about eating them lol. I think about lollies here & there, even dream about them sometimes, but I don't eat them, the short term enjoyment is only short term and that's how the cycle starts. Such a coincidence, before watching this video my wife asked me about a bottle of ACV+KETO gummies that a friend handed over, she told her the product is great for weight lost because is expensive and it has great reviews! When I saw the nutrition fact I told my wife this is almost "pure sugar" as the additional benefits from other nutrients shows 0% of daily requirements. My recommendation to my wife was: If you want to use the product and get benefits, BEFORE TAKING THE GUMMY ROLL IT OVER THE SIDEWALK AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD, THEN WEIGHT LOSS WILL COME! LOL!! 😎 Now we know more about the Acetic Acid benefits, and have good idea of real food alternatives 🤓 Thank you!

Second Comment I make my own pickles by cutting fresh-picked cucumber spears, immersing them in white vinegar 5% (with pickling spices added) BUT THEN --- I pull a hard vacuum on the jar twice in a row, with a 5-minute Interval between pumping. This causes ALL the air spaces in the spears to be replaced with the brine solution by infusion, increasing the brine concentration, meaning MORE acetic acid inside the pickle (plus, it takes me only 10 minutes to create a jar of shelf-stable pickles).

At 56yo, I've suffered with IBS most of my life. I started using ACV about 4 years ago, initially as an addition to a weight loss plan, but what I found almost immediately, is I stopped suffering from stomach problems, absolutely sorted the IBS issue out. Highly recommend a good organic one, 1 large table spoon in a glass of water twice a day.

I've been taking these gummies for a month or so and have lost at least 7-8 pounds. I have been working hard at it but they do work! The one's I have are 1000mg ACV and I only take them once a day. But I am convinced after looking more into it that I can get the same or better effect from real ACV but right now since I already paid the money and the weight is coming off I'm going to finish the bottle before switching to straight ACV. I can certainly do without the sugar and the high price.

I drink 1 Table spoon ACV with a tall glass of water. This I find bearable and extremely beneficial. My migraine headaches have almost completely disappeared! My kidney stone symptoms disappeared with in 12 of starting ACV the very first time, Its because of those symptoms and drinking ACV that I discovered by accident that ACV is very effective at minimising the chance of migraine head aches. This has just been my experience. I hope you give ACV a chance too.

@@jimrutherford2773 Hi Jim, did you test yourself for iodine deficiency, using the medical 2% red iodine on the inside of your arm in a 1-2" circle and see if it's being absorbed. I messed up my thyroid by taking iodine drops. I do consume dulce from time to time, after I have my thyroid tested. Jim did you know the green hulls on black walnuts contain the best source of iodine? You can make tinctures from it. I just learned about that.

Well put. I like acv because it is actually a short chain fatty acid and impossible for the body to store and must be burned immediately. This throws cells in your gut into oxidative phoshphorylation which has many health effects. But this is all ruined when you add in some sugar! I put the powdered form in a capsule, that is the easiest way for me.

Actually, some brands of cider vinegar are quite tasty, more tasty than wine vinegar, but you have to leave it in your mouth for a little while, instead of taking it like a shot of vodka. We need to learn to like certain tastes of foods, instead of just craving for the sugar or for the fried fat.
