Yup, like many other scams, it stays around for years, constantly making new victims. Always, always research before buying something. If it sounds too good or easy to be true: probably fake! There are TONS of different scams going on daily, and it's just getting worse. People need to be smarter.... There are red flags to look for, dont rush things. THINK. Ask yourself. Research.

Thank you so much. I was suspected something when everyone was jumping on the Gummie Train. About a year ago I tried the Gummies from Costco and Sam's Wholesale the only change I noticed was going to poop shortly after eating a meal if I ate the gummies (2) with the meal as instructed and that wasn't my norm. I was only trying to loose about 10 pounds and saw no change in inches or weight...after 2 attempts (2 bottles) I didn't throw any more money down the empty well. I was thinking of trying yet ANOTHER BRAND and decided to research first and I'm soooooo HAPPY I found your video😃. One time I tried the AC Vinegar in water...I didn't stick with that for long which is why I thought the gummies was the answer. The weight loss industry is a BILLION Dollar business followed by cosmetics and it's so sad that people take advantage of that by selling garbage rather than a good quality product. I'm now a new sub because you saved me from buying their product. I'm a heavy ACV user for 15 years. I was pre-diabetic at 126 points. I started taking ACV and I went down to 95 points within 6 weeks! It has remained low all these many years. If I eat any carbs, I always take ACV to neutralize it. It works really well for me.

Thanks for this very detailed look at Keto ACV Gummies. I am a recent recipient of OVERPRICED gummies made by Transform Products. They charged me $199.88 twice!!! And then I see that Walmart offers the same for $54.95 for 5 bottles. UGH!!! I have been using them for almost a month - and NO WEIGHT LOSS!!! I am sending them a complaint.

You are very gullible. Good lord. Just eat in a calorie deficit and exercise and that will do so much more for you than any little scam pill or gummy will do for you. The truth is, there is no real cheat code for this kind of stuff besides steroids. You simply must put in the hard work if you want results.

I just want to address the comments here and everywhere that say "only eating right and exercising controls weight." This is false. If a person is stressed, then their body wants to hold on to weight. What does this mean? It means that watching calories and exercising might not be enough for the individual. In this case, becoming less stressed is needed. But it could be chronic stress that goes back to childhood, when it was formed, and so deep emotionally healing needs to occur. I'm sick of all the know-it-alls who think "exercise and eat less" is "all that's needed." It is emphatically not the case for everybody. For some, chronic stress plays a role!

ACV - two things you are not quite right on. Acv does lower your blood sugar taken at night before bed. In fact just one tablespoon will do the trick. Why acv helps with with controlling acid in stomach is because when it's metabolism by stomach it breaks down to alkaline pH instead of acid. That's why some people say it helps with acid reflex. As far as the appetite control it does work if you drink a few glasses a day of vinegar mixed with water. Not sure why but it does work. It's just not that tasty to drink alot. I have used at night. Mix with a couple of ones of water to dilute enough to keep from burning throat.

The goli apple cider vinegar worked for me. It took me sometime to get hungry and i feel full after eating half of my usual meal. I only eat when i feel hungry after taking goli instead of a scheduled meal basis. It helped me to transition to OMAD for some days and reduce my carb cravings which i struggled to do in the past.

Thank you. Another too good to be true hitch. I have ACV in my cabinet. Do I only need 2 TBSPs on my salad to surpass these gummies? And I do take vitamins. I loosely follow the Keto diet and not strict on food. I do have Ice Cream a little. I reduced all food intake, changed my diet. Just eating less is better. Look how obese people are, fat is the new glam. We in America eat junk, most food is poison, laced with chemicals. I'm 68 and soon enough the Stomach gives up and fatty Liver is the result. Many Cheeses are made of plastic, like the stuff that's individually wrapped, it doesn't even melt . Dr Berg taught me about fats. So I eat Things like Eggs which I have not enjoyed for 20 years, I'm eating one egg a day and feeling better and am enjoying meat after decades of being a vegetarian. By just stopping sugar intake, food cravings stop. I'm eating 50% less and feel soo much better. All the contents of these gummy products have the same ingredients. And I take Body Biotics a natural SBO from soil probiotic for 30 years. I believe it is the most powerful probiotic on the market and take only 1/2 a cap every other day in a kale drink. It wasn’t her they used her face, but she has lost a lot of weight. I can’t tell you she came out and spoke about this. This is not her selling them. They used her image and an AI program to make that commercial and it looks like she made the commercial herself, but she didn’t computerized generated Kelly Clarkson dead. It’s a little scary that they can do that but they can tell I’m sure she’s gonna have quite the lawsuit on her hands with them.

I know what it feels like to try everything! I'll tell you how I did it. It's not a perfect plan but it worked and I am healthy today. I cut my carb intake to 25/day. I had to really understand hidden carbohydrates and be very careful not to eat too many. Those carbs only included very low carb vegetables in the beginning. When I ate salad I used full fat dressing with no carbohydrates. I ate Good fats and I didn't go overboard but it helped keep me satiated. I measured proteins. I wasn't usually hungry between meals because of the keto state that this puts you in. It was very motivating because the weight dropped quickly. Once I was at a weight where I could start exercising that's when I started to very slowly introduce vegetables with a bit more carbohydrates. It wasn't about calories and I could eat as much vegetables as I wanted as long as I didn't go over 25 carbs. The important thing for me was until I lost 1/2 the weight I had to stay in that ketosis state. After I got to my goal weight, I VERY SLOWLY added starchy vegetables sweet potato carrots. Mo sugar or flour! Very slowly adding starches back in helped me to change my metabolism. To lose the entire 104lb took a year but the first 50 lb fell off. That kept me going. In 15 years I haven't gained the way back and I believe that this process is why. I don't know if this will help but good luck!! If I can do it so can you 😊
