Hi Dr Eric. My wife, daughter and I are all sinus sufferers. I just finished watching your video and immediately tried the technique on my daughter. About 10 seconds in she said that her noise was getting more stuffy and then I remembered what you did with your elbow and made the slight adjustment. After another 10 seconds her nose was completely open, so it works! Thank you for all your great content. Kind regards, Alex

Since a fall from my bicycle due to vertigo, I hit my head, wearing a helmet, on the pavement so hard that I have a TBI. As well, I now have titanium in my spine as well as other places. The fall naturally caused a lot of alignment issues and one of the issues was exactly what you mentioned here, blocked sinus. Since the accident, 7 years ago, I have struggled to breath through my left nostril. Well, THANKS to you, after my dear husband followed your technique, I can now breath properly. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS you!

Omg!!!! I had double jaw surgery 8 days ago. The WORST part of recovery has sinus congestion. It has been miserable because I can’t blow my nose, my mouth is swollen shut, and can’t eat. The sinus congestion has given me anxiety attacks. I got a bit of relief with Sudafed and nasal spray. But I’m not supposed to keep taking these. I just did the pressure on myself and it COMPLETELY opened up my sinuses!!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Berg!!!!!

Now every time I get sick and get a stuffy nose I do this and it clears my sinuses now that I found this video, I understand why.

I suffered from severe chronic sinusitis for many years. I had polyps in my sinuses and deviated septum all causing major blockage. I had multiple surgeries to fix the problem. Surgery successfully fixed the problem, nothing else would have. I have met other people who delude themselves that they don't need a surgical solution for sever sinus problems where there is structural blockage. After the surgeries, sinus rinses and sprays have been useful to me.

Wow! Dr. Berg, this just worked for me in about 5 minutes. I could not breath through my nose for about 3-4 days. I just applied & put some pressure on the back of my neck (by myself) for a few minutes and now I can breathe again. Thank you!

I am not a doctor but learned this technique from an acupuncture doctor and has used it to help many people to relieve headaches, including strangers met in restaurants and stores. The technique I use is slightly different, although it is treating exactly the same location. In addition to “pressing into” the pressure point, I apply upward force once the fingers digging into those area. I place the other hand under the chin instead of the forehead to counter the lifting force on the back of the neck. ** Again, I am NOT a doctor. What I describe here is merely my personal experience. **

I am experiencing a head cold. It’s winding down but sinus fullness is still an issue. I tried your recommendation and happy to report a significant improvement in air flow through my nasal passages. While doing the acupressure I noted that there was puffiness and tenderness at the pressure points which I found as an interesting wrinkle! Thought this might be an interesting point for you!

Hi Dr Eric, I watch so many of your videos and they have been very helpful, likewise I just want to say a big thank you for all the valuable contents you bring to us. My daughter was going through cough and cold for sometime and whenever she gets it she experiences the stuffy nose. She'd say she's having a blocked nose, I try various ways to help her to breathe better it takes quite sometime for all that to work, so recently I came across this video and it was timing as well. I tried this method and instantly she was able to breathe as normal, so whenever she experiences the stuffy nose I work this method on her now. I'm so grateful to you for it.

I had sinus congestion for days I couldnt breathe and went to urgent care (among other reasons). The doctor said to stop drinking lemon, it’s terrible for sinus congestion, which what I was doing the entire time I was sick. Lemon, honey and ginger is what I’ve always knows when you’re sick. I stopped drinking lemon and surprisingly, my sinus cleared the next day onwards.

Dr. Berg, could you do a video on what the ideal multivitamin capsule should contain? I personally supplement with D3+K2, B3, Fish Oil, Cod Liver Oil, C (from acerola) and Magnesium (1/3 taurate, 1/3 malate, 1/3 glycinate) as separate capsules, along with a basic multivitamin. Having recently learned about how widespread vitamin products with poorly absorbed forms of vitamins are, and some of the things to look out for, I now see that most of the multivitamin products in stores are less than ideal. It makes me think that the producers themselves have little idea about what is good and what is bad. Generally, I find it to be a bit of a jungle to figure out how much of the remaining vitamins and minerals is ideal, and from what form I should be getting it. I imagine there are a lot of other people who watch this channel who feel the same!

It is difficult, actually impossible for many people to figure out what supplements they need, how much to take, when and how to take them, and which ones to combine and which ones not to combine. My Chiropractor used Applied Kinesiology to give me all of the answers I needed regarding what to take, how much, when, and how to take my supplements. Over time our body's needs change which means our supplement needs change. Blood tests in conjunction with Applied Kinesiology testing or one or the other can provide answers regarding what your body needs. I prefer to have biological/holistic practitioners read my test results. Blood tests read by a biological/holistic practitioner can give you different results than when a conventional doctor reads your test results. The biological/holistic practitioner doesn't just read results according to the scale on the blood test, they apply the results to the specific patient and what part of the scale is best for that patient.

Helpful. Another thing that works for me when it’s an infection is about 1/2” (2 to 3 cm) of water in a coffee mug heated in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds, depending on your microwave power. The water should be steaming but not bubbling. 2 or 3 drops of pure peppermint oil. Hold the mug near your chest and carefully sniff in the fumes. As the water cools, you’ll need to pull the mug closer to your nose. But be careful. Too much peppermint oil fumes will burn your olfactory glands. After about 5 minutes, you’ll be clearer for a while. It not only clears the nose, it reduces the infection.
