My left foot, bottom center, gets so itchy sporadically, usually late evening. It kinda feels like it’s itchy from the inside out, even though scratching the surface feels good. It’s always kinda odd when it starts up, seemingly out of nowhere, but when I think of it, it does seem to be related to when I’m eating more poorly or having a less healthy preceding time. My scalp gets itchy semi-often as well, not sure if it’s related, but according to this video it may be. I’ve had a dozen or so times of gallbladder stabbings over the past several years (but haven’t had since I’ve started meditating), so I do wonder and think you’re onto something here! Thanks for the helpful insight!

I know Dr. Berg is right. When my girlfriend was pregnant, she got problems with her liver (sluggish). She could not sleep at night because of severe itching all over the body. The "remedy" for her was lukewarm - almost cold - water in a bathtub where she sat as long as she could without looking as a raisin... I get a thick heel callous you might as well call a hoof growing. After trying anything down to a small electric sander I finally went chemical. Good old Vaseline or any cheap PETROLIUM JELLY . Dedicate an old pair of socks to the job . Smear some on your feet, as you would lotion on your hands and wear those sock s to bed. Give it a week or so and those callouses will be soft as skin . They much reduce in size seemingly as well. Then right after a shower I hit them with my PEDIEGG The little $10 egg shaped plastic gadget that has a cheese grater plate inside. I can’t say enough good stuff about that gadget either🤗. The callous sloughs right off gently so it’s not like grating on a piece of wood. Mine were less itchy than painful cracking and bleeding ect . Now I do this occasionally when I notice a buildup starting every month or so. This really soften up those callouses as well . It’s not even messy as it either goes into the socks or your feet but whatever it does it softens up everything nicely!

OMG! I have been dealing with this new problem of itchy palms and feet for almost a month now. It’s been driving me crazy to the point of tears and anger because the itching is so uncontrollable at times. I’ve been re-searching everywhere and couldn’t find out any answers. I didn’t want to go to the doctors either to have them only guess what is wrong with me by putting me on different medications and only making my problem probably worse. They will think it’s a surface level problem. Then I remembered….I love Dr. berg, so I decided to look it up from his videos and Yep! Hi actually it was my hormones being out of balance too. I didn’t do the detox yet and I know for a fact that will help with many of my health issues but I’ve been incorporating apple cider vinegar and bile salts to my day and I have no more itching. Also was put on a birth control to help with my hormones about the same time. But no, not athletes feet. Although that’s something I didn’t consider. But thank God I don’t experience it anymore. OmG, I have been searching for this answer for almost 15 years! The bottom of my feet have been itching from the inside out so badly that I 'sleep itch' meaning in the middle of the night i will scratch and scratch my feet without even waking up fully. I don't recall doing so until I see the skin torn and bloody. It's become a nightmare, and all the creams prescribed have done nothing to help. However, in early July, gave up sugars and sugar producing foods entirely, and have been off alcohol for a few years now (except for maybe 3 glasses of wine a year). I've been off starches and sugars before, and it hasn't made a difference, but somehow this time I noticed my feet stopped itching! I went in for my annual wellness checkup with a my new Doctor, and he ordered the usual tests. The liver results were high as well as my hdl lowered and ldl higher. Yesterday, I had an ultrasound of my belly, and new blood work done. Waiting on the results now. This video may very well be the answer I've been looking for! As soon as I get my next social security check I'm going to order your formula! I am also going to forward this video to my doctor right away. Update....just had more blood tests. Big improvement since on the ALA protocol! My liver enzymes have gone down to almost half of where they had been! I'm not all the way there yet, and still have autoimmune disease to reverse, but enzymes lower, actually just about everything improved. Doctor said to keep up what I was doing and get more exercise.

I think you're on to something Dr Berg, my Dr gave me Beta tcp plus that has the bile salts I've been taking it for over a month and I haven't used my zyrtec for my year round mold, dust allergies. I used to take one daily and I haven't taken one in about three weeks now. The vertical lines are clearing up in a few of my nails too. It's amazing how important bile is in our body processes. I still get an itchy back when I'm driving some times... Know it's something with the cold weather but that's the least of my worries.

I'm allergic at ... all these torture instruments called "shoes". Since at 3 years old (in 1962). When it's must, I wear something shoes but not more one hour. I like to wear flip-flops. Flushing the the gallbladder by making it does sudden contract through a technical diet , for several days , and no do it for another several months , as this would drain your bile which is essentially needed by your liver . and on those months using Dr.Berg`s Acupressure for its drain , aswell eating fatty foods for it to work contentiously and not stagnate to make a hardened bile or in severe case , calcified stoned bile.

Anyone get itchy feet from contacting water for long periods? Especially worse in warm to hot temps? My son and I both get this… it’s terrible. It’s a delayed effect. No itchy burning in the water but within 3-10 min out of water (towel dried) we get a frenzy of burning/itching. It doesn’t happen if I take quick showers that are not hot (warm). It can happen if I’m in pool water for extended periods as well. I have no rashing or peeling. My son has peeling on his has and feet regularly.

Dr. I get itchy under my foot only at night time. I'm a vegetarian. Does my diet lack any nutrients? Some times I don't eat my dinner after 5. Does this causes any issue in my bladder?

The supplement Dr. Berg mentioned in the video; sounds like you didn't catch part of what he said, he said it was especially important to take if you have had your gallbladder removed. Please go back and listen just to make sure I heard him correctly. Hope that helps ❤️.

Am doing chemotherapy n my whole body itch so badly expecially my feet. I can't walk long distance in shoes, the socks disturb me so much that I have to removed it even while on in public. My feet are very clean with no wound or cuts. No dryness, nothing. The palms of my hand as it touches water, the itching start. I avoid soap. The itching is so stressful that sometimes it make me cry😢😢😢.

Dr. today was not a good day for me, Ive been buying the gallbladder formula, today i did not feel good, Ive been constipated, so i took metamucil in the morning, it helped a little bit, but in afternoon felt very sluggish after eating, I ate mostly vegetables and salmon, I felt like i was in a coma, so sleepy, and my stomach was hurting, felt like a ball in the middle of my stomach like my food was not digesting and my right foot was itching so much, and my little pinky toe was also kinda numb, tomorrow i will check my glucose levels, when checking internet came upon a name that seems to describe my symptoms. Diabetic gastroparesis, could this be what I have.?

I'm a male Senior Citizen and the soles of my feet will itch "occasionally" at night when I'm sleeping. This itching started just about one month ago. I do take occasional (1 to 3 times a week, 20/30 minutes each time) foot baths using Epson Salt for general foot comfort. Could I be putting too much Epson Salt in the warm water? Would dryness also cause foot itch? I have no redness in my feet and this itching is confined primarily to the soles of my feet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

I had itching on the soles of my feet with these little blisters. Drove me insane. Learned from my local healthcare provider that it was dermatitis caused by athletes foot. Edit: 1 year on and I still have itchy feet. Only on the right foot with these nasty blisters. Occurs in the evening, after a meal and seems to correlate with a sodium deficiency (I suffer from adrenal insufficiency, which apparently can cause sodium wasting). Taking sufficient pink Himalayan salt seems to help. The relief is felt immediately.

Cleanse your bathroom (entire tub, toilet, sink, and floor) with anti-mold, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal products. Replace socks with new breathable fabrics. Change out your shoes if need be.
