Okay, but seriously, imagine this: The announcement has just been made, right and Class 1-A keep hearing about who everyone wants to go as, but they never hear Aizawa's name, and a few of them couldn't decide between a couple of people, but now they can. Only problem, they don't have anything that they can use for this. The go to Izuku because of course he should have something and he sends them to Momo when he runs out of stuff with a list of what to get. This means that only Izuku and Momo know what's going to happen the next day, and they just grin at each other. The day rolls around and everyone gets out of the dorms early to be in class before anyone else sees them because they're all little shits, but then they all see each other and grin, and Momo and Izuku get everyone to start putting on wigs and doing makeup to further enhance their costumes. They then decide to be even bigger little shits and get Tenya to email Nezu and ask for permission to skip until lunch and Nezu agrees for the chaos. Nezu sends them the work that they would be doing that day. Over the course of the day they work together to convince everyone that Aizawa can be everywhere everywhen by sending out a few people at a time to wander around and pretend to be Aizawa whilst the rest do their work/take notes/do homework. No one goes to check on them because Nezu told everyone that they were doing something for him or w/e. Aizawa didn't expect to see anyone dressed up as him, but it still hurted a little bit. At lunch, everyone is there because Nezu and plot. Aizawa 1(the real Aizawa) is sitting w/ Nemuri and Hizashi when Aizawa 2 enters, no one really notices, and Aizawa 2 walks around the students pretending to be Aizawa as a duty teacher or w/e. This continues until there are, like 12 of them and someone finally notices. This is how it goes; Mirio: Aizawa-Sensei! Aizawa 1 + who he's sitting with turn to him. Aizawa 4 (Sero) who's just passing by looks at him doing a great impression of Aizawa 1: Yes, Mirio? Hizashi: Why are there two Shotas? All of a sudden, people realise that there are 9 Aizawas in the room and everyone starts freaking out. And then the doors slam open and everyone looks at them Through the doors, Aizawa 13 (Uraraka), 14 (Tsu), 15 (Momo), 16 (Tokoyami), 17 (Iida), 18 (Shinso), 19 (Todoroki), + 20 (Izuku) just stroll out chatting w/ one another.. They look up, and just awkwardly wave when they notice everyone staring at them. The other 12 Aizawas walk over and with them all standing together it becomes clear what has happened. An entire class of 20 kids have dressed up as Aizawa, proving him to be their favourite teacher. Hizashi and Nemuri coo and Aizawa 1 hides in his capture weapon as everything goes back to normal.
