Regardless of what "school of" is it all starts with good rider biomechanics. For a horse to go well one must rider well. Unstable seat unstable horse, that is why young horses need riders with good seats good hands and good knowledge.

in the canter /trot transition stops this horse on its front legs and not from behind ...these people schooling Legerete here in my opinion they mean with "their" Legerete to give up all contact with reins but this wasnt meant if you read books of Nuno Oliveira , Legerete means have your horse on hind legs so being light in front with cadence
