Looks painful. The harsh bit, overbent neck, unbalanced rider leaning back, her legs coming forward. Hindlegs of the horse look weak or injured and not ready for such a difficult movement. Poor horse.

That's one un happy looking horse. He doesn't look like he's enjoying that training sadly..looks more suited to a show jumper or x country horse.
