Hi Lisa, I think that sometimes the picking of the right fabric can be crucial to the look of the garment. I would appreciate more videos on fabric selection. I also enjoy seeing what you make describing the pattern, fabric, any changes made. I find tutorials always useful, sometimes watching someone else demonstrate something may give you tip you might want to try even if it's a technique you've done before. I liked the blouse that you were wearing. I loved that you didn't say or think this fabric is too sheer, instead you lined part of it. I think a tutorial on lining a blouse like that one would be of interest. Congratulations on 25K subscribers!

Congrats on growing your subscribers! Sometimes it's nice to go back to older favorite makes and sew up a fresh version because you know you'll wear it a lot. I enjoy it when sewing/knitting vloggers do seasonal plans for what you're planning on making, and then at the end of the season you share what you actually made and wore, from your me-made closet (new and older me-mades together). As for tutorials, any of the more technical aspects of sewing and knitting are always good to see as different people do things in their own way: collars, welt pockets, zip fly, flap pockets, and knitting (I'm less experienced than sewing.), picking up stitches, collar bands, short rows, stretchy cast-ons, blocking etc. Thanks for the giveaway!

It’s the lower pockets on the dress. They seem to leave you a little out of balance. That might be what turns you off of it. LOVE everything else you’ve chosen. Fun to watch.

They all look fabulous on you. My favourites are the Charlie and the Bondi. As to the red Burda - It looks almost as if the top pocket flaps overwhelm your small frame, but it is beautiful as well.

Congratulations! 25k is quite a feat. I appreciate your style, so many sewing bloggers mostly make floral, frilly dresses and tops. I think they are pretty but just look and feel like nightwear on me. I love the red dress but think it possible that the colour is too warm for you. Perhaps try draping your favourite blue coloured scarf around the neck and see if that helps. I love your videos covering matching fabrics with patterns and the recreating the look and those with fashion forward ideas.

I always love your look- nothing you make ever looks home made. I would enjoy hearing more about how you choose patterns, match fabric and choose your size. I think that is part of why your clothes look store bought- you seem to understand style line and proportion- as if you went into a store and tried on several sizes and chose the size with the vibe you want- sometimes oversize, but never overwhelming- just cool and flattering. On the red dress, I think the pockets make it too symmetrical. Try the wide brow belt, but slung low.

On the rust colored dress, the color reads Autumn, the cut Summer, to me. My thoughts are to pair it with jewelry or a belt that are very light feeling to pull it into Summer, and knit up a coordinating cardigan variant sweater that gives your arms some cover to make you reach for it in Autumn. As usual all of your items fit very well, and your sewing is excellent. Congrats on 25,000!

Wow! 25k is quite a milestone.😊 You asked what we would love to see more of on your channel. Well I would love to see more pattern hacks, in depth tutorials (for instance shirring or putting in zips) and I'd really love to see where you go fabric shopping and what you buy (and the costings). I always find it fascinating what materials are available in different counties so I'd like to see what Spain has to offer. Oh and by the way, I think the red Burda dress looks lovely. It's maybe not as shaped at the back as some others are which is perhaps why you don't wear it🤔

I’ve been enjoying the free pattern videos to get ideas of what’s out there that I would like to sew for myself. I have made garments before but I didn’t choose the right fabric or print/style of garment that I would actually wear. I’ve been following you for a few years now and I’ve always enjoyed your fabric hauls and plans videos most of all. I do remember a video you made about a Kalle shirt though - the one where you didn’t have QUITE enough fabric but you were able to tweak it (wasn’t it in white fabric?) you’ve inspired me to look at different ways of getting the most out of my pieces of fabric with a lot of your makes. So more videos on that would be good (please🙂) Would also be really inspiring to see how you style your makes differently for different occasions/weather…..?

Congratulations Lisa! I've been watching your channel for 2 or 3 three years when I was sewing a lot. Now I'm watching to get my sojo back after a long hiatus due to my health. Oh goodness, how impressive. Those are all so cute and make me want to unbox my machine again. The green dress with the princess seams is my favorite because also much more fitted than anything I have tried yet. And the way you got the stripes on the longer jumpsuit to coincide 😮. Well done! I would LOVE to get some tutorial videos from you. I am still very much a beginner sewist and easily intimidated. Maybe start with tips for sewing a neat hem on a circle skirt? That was one of my first makes but the hem (close up) is so wonky I only wear it running around the shops on my bike…. Life Question: do you miss Toronto or more enjoy life in Spain? Happy sewing!❤

Congratulations Lisa on reaching 25k. I enjoy seeing what you make. And love the dresses. Seeing all the clothing worn I was struck by the cinnamon colored dress that you say you don’t wear a lot. That dress appears out of character to your fun loving vibe. It looks like a dress you’d wear to the office, very professional. The neckline is rounded where the majority of your dresses are v neck and is makes you appear more buttoned up. You might wear it more if you redesigned the neckline to a v neck. Also the eye bounces around with the 4 pockets and doesn’t know where to land. I ‘d be interested to know if you have a capsule wardrobe and how you pick out what to make next?

Hi! It’s so nice of you to make this giveaway and I’d like to participate. The fold line is also such a good choice! I rarely comment but as I am I wanted to tell I really enjoy your videos and it just turns on my crafty mind each time. This video format for me made may is really good! Thanks for all the work :)

Congrats and your dresses look great! I'd love to see overviews of patterns you made, for example all t-shirts/skirts etc. I'm always looking for new inspiration. Also plans work fine, or favorite lists.
