Outside of Georgia and Virginia, all the states in the southeast/south/southwest all have pretty good flags. California Arizona New Mexico Texas Oklahoma Louisiana Arkansas Tennessee Mississippi with their new flag Alabama Florida (similar to Bama’s but at least they aren’t predominantly blue) South Carolina North Carolina Other states with pretty good/amazing/decent flags: Alaska Hawaii Ohio Colorado Wyoming and Maryland I would say Iowa’s is alright since it is meant to be similar tot he French flag.
