To be clear, before 1938, Nazi Germany was supporting Nationalist China, whereas war between China and Japan broke out in 1937, war predates the whole Honorary Aryan thing, Germans just wanted to bet on the winning team, so they switched to ally with Japan after 1938. Also you gotta realize there are not an insignificant numbers of Chinese collaborators working for Japan, so it'll be awkward not to include them in the honorary Aryan thing.
