This is it Drew. This is the best video so far. Not because Simon is in it but the interview. Super interesting questions and while on the go. Not to long och so much other chit chatting thats make the video boring. Awesome work.

Related to the mental game, the book called Mind Gym by Gary Mack. Sports related quotes and thoughts throughout, easy to read, and depending on your current struggles, you could learn something new with each read. Highly recommend.

That book 100% helped me in my sports career. I had good arguments online during the Olympics. A gymnast in the high bars snapped his wrist bands. He freaked out because he didn’t want to use his spare set. And he fell his next set. Had he done mental training he would have gone through that scenario in his head and been able to ‘park it’
