@@SnowBlitz7 She's also willing to speed service up even when it's not busy, since she's been there long enough to know exactly when they're gonna get swamped, and is trying to have time to prep for it, so they're not scrambling. Both of them can still handle it when it gets really busy, but Clint always tries to take his time with customers.

My mom is a nurse as well. Med/surg and neuro ICU were her preferences. She *attempted* serving while in college and was fired multiple times. I have worked as a server and bartender for many years. She still says she doesn't know how the hell I do it 😂😂

@@xamyx725 well, that's just bad business sense on the management's part. You can get very high-quality fresh (not from concentrate) lemon and lime juice by the gallon. Or at least get a juicer in the kitchen so that you have a way to quickly juice your citrus as part of the daily bar prep. They don't make you squeeze out an orange every time someone orders a screwdriver, do they?

Clint's are better with slow service but if he were my bar staff and Deb was in the weeds, I'd tell him to learn how to socialize, greet, walk and talk, all while making drinks and doing dishes. A good bartender will never stop moving during a busy shift! Still love Clint and he's always willing to make a fun drink 🍸 😀

the wigs and the voices are spot on but the mannerisms is what gets me it makes it so reall how does this man learn all of those mannerisms? He must really understand human behavior to match the mannerisms perfectly to the speech cadence and rhythm. or maybe he's really good at identifying patterns. 🤔🤔
