I actually don't even play Poi, but I still enjoy watching your Videos. A Lot of stuff i can translate to my rope dart! Cheers for that

This is the bread and butter of intermediate advanced poi spinning. Most of my spin sessions have been geared toward antispin flowers over the past few months. This was a tremendous help another knock out of the park drex! The part where you said "you should really do same time together" was the missing piece. The pop up and down with the arms crossed is a mind crank.

Could you do somewhat of a deep dive on some VTG theory? It seems really interesting from your existing video and I’d love to learn more about it :)

Sure! Is there a particular question you have around VTG you’d like to see me dive into or have been struggling with?

@@DrexFactor maybe tips on how to transition between some patterns in timings other than tog/same? I’m only comfortable going from tog/same inspin to 4 petal antispin vs 2 petal inspin and back. I could use some help with other transitions… Thanks as always Drex :)

Seconding Kurt Meyer's request! I spent some time getting down the simpler flowers, but wrapping my head around all the different combinations is really hard

Any tips on how to get the split time same direction petals that go behind you? I haven’t been able to get my arm to bend back to get the petal behind me lol
