I think the cheek filler was a mistake, it gives her a hard angularity that is making her look like she's aging into Keira Knightley (yes, I get that they look alike, but you can always tell Natalie apart because her face is softer and less bony).

Nearly every single photo in this video seems to have an AI filter, i assume the goal was to make the pictures appear higher res but some of the photos clearly distort her photos. Not really an accurate analysis in this case.

No it wont make you look horrible. You basically just start to age again after 10 years. The women that look bad are the ones doing several face Lifts. You cant cut your skin more than Max two times without looking weird. If you get a face lift at 37 and decide it will be your first and last one, you will look okay as you age.

Have you ever done a video on what you have done to yourself over the years and the changes? I have a friend who is a nurse and she didn’t have anything until she got a job at a plastic surgeon and now she’s practically unrecognizable (not necessarily in a good way) because she gets fillers or botox or lasering or lipo quite frequently. I love her but i wish she’d knock it off before she smooths her face flat as a pancake!

I have oily skin, almost 40, no procedure ever and absolutely 0 wrinkles on my forehead or glabella, just grease. Barely starting to have wrinkles around eyes when i smile. It s not always a procedure. Some people don t get wrinkles but show other signs of aging, like loss of volume, etc.

I'm 41 and am the same as you - smooth and greasy, haha! I've never been near a 'procedure' - I even hate any form of spa treatments - and I've never regularly used anything on my face except water and suncream! 😂 My mum is 70 and looks at least 10 years younger, so it is in the family. However, my face is starting to lose fat in the cheeks and around my eye sockets, and is beginning to sag very slightly on either side of my chins, so I do think I look my age, just not in the same way as some people!

31 is very young and should show no change with aging. I didn't have any aigns of aging until 36, but it was very minimal. Nothing was noticeable until age 39.

At 7:09 , can you explain her sudden lack of sub mental fat? Or why her lips look fuller? I can’t help but wonder if she had lipo under her chin, (or kybella) and very subtle lip filler. Also I do believe she had a finesse rhinoplasty at a younger age. To me it appears she had the size over all made slightly smaller, and did have the tip raised a little. From the front view the tip used to look lower than it does now, and overall her nose just looks more petite on her face.

I think you need a great face structure to begin with to stay natural and so good looking as Natalie in your 40's. Unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with such good features and bone structure. When is doctor Gary going to talk about he obvious filler in his upper lip There is also a reason why his upper lip is naturally smaller and the reason is that when he talks, he basically for 80% uses his lower lips. When people talk and they use mainly one lip (upper or lower) then the muscle in the one that is not used shrinks and the one that iis used gets bigger (as the muscle gets 'thicker' if it's used). For more information on this, look up Doctor Mike Mew, who got famous for his knowledge about how mouth breathing affects the facial structure, which I think Gary made a video about too not too long ago. He did not get into much detail, but the point was that he basically agreed with what Mike Mew was saying. So if Gary learned to speak using both upper and lower lip he didn't need filler and natural lips tend to look better than filler, so he might be interested in that since he likes natural looking faces, based on what he says in his videos.

We the viewer need to be careful when comparing these pics of a young celebrity (before/after) versus today because some of the changes are not all surgical but rather mastery of makeup and changing it up as called for. I have looked at many photos of Kim Kardashian within a relatively short time frame from many different events, and she can really change the appearance of her face from one event to the next based on makeup alone -- I say "short time frame" because there's no way she had the time for a procedure given the number of events she had going on.

I saw her in another movie where she played the younger woman. It was on Netflix. In some scenes she does look her age. There is nothing wrong with that. She is in here 40s and I thought Julianne Moore didn't look that old actually. So the point was moot. Some people age naturally. I didn't have smile lines at 30 or 31. At 65 I just want better skin, that's all. Natalie is a natural beauty with a wide face. She just needs to wear make up. I have seen some breathtaking beauties in Uyghurs in China. Honestly. Doctor can you please make a video on minoxidill tolerance. I'm 21 and I have been using minoxidill for the past 7months(as I have genetic hairloss). For the initial 6months, the minox worked just great but during the 7th months my hairfall started again eventhough im still using minox and it's just out of control and too aggressive. It seems that all the hair that I might have gained by using minox just went away all at once. Maybe I'm loosing even more hair than before I started the treatment. Doctors near my place are just so hesitated to prescribe finasteride(I'm from India by the way)
