I am sharing this information for everyone. I had excessive pain in my legs even at Stage1. Now pain is reduced, It is not completely gone but now pain is less. Here are the things that I am doing daily. 1. Daily 5000 steps in morning and 5000 steps in evening. It takes around 50 minutes in morning and 50 minutes in evening. 2. I wear stocking all day, except night. Wear stockings all day, summers winters. 3. I eat vitamin c fruits, all veggies. less sugar, less salt. No Maida, No outside food or sweets, Only home cooked food, Very low oil meal. Only vegetarian diet. 4. Avoid standing for more than 10 minutes. Do all work while sitting. 5. Take warm water for bath, or if using cold water then at last put warm water on legs. 6. Raise legs against the wall for 5 minutes. 7. Stretch calf muscles for 1 minute. Do it multiple times daily. 8. Try to sit on feet for 2-3 minutes. 9. Stress free happy life. 10. Before doing all this, I have tried all 3 treatments, Homeopathy, Patanjali, Aurevedic Allopathic, there was no relief not even 1% Used oil also, it gives temporary relief but not long term. If you will follow all above 9 points, you will live painless life. Hope this is useful. God bless everyone. Thankyou so much doctor for sharing so useful information. Sir I have inital vericose veins, I am obese. I want to loose weight but in one of your videos you said lifting weights should be avoided and also I have read that we can’t play sports with vericose veins. I used to play lawn tennis and I wanted to resume. So with wearing stockings can we lift weights or play sports or surgery is the only option ?

U can play sports with stockings. Not weight. There are many ways to lose weight besides lifting dumbbells or barbells

Hey dr gaurav. My response to this video is not related to it but just tonget your kind attention (you always do). I have sent a video and photo with some history of what has happened. I have not got a scan done yet but jist wanted you initial interpretation by seeing the video n photos. I know it sounds vague but this might hopefully help me deal withy anxiety. 1) u can wear knee length. 2) u can take stockings with silicon pads that grip and don't roll. 3) u can have a cloth or long undergarments underneath to hold them.
