Finally, was wondering when somebody would respond. I also agree on them being glass cannons, as Touhou aren't really high in the physical category. He'll probably steamroll through the low and mid-tiers,along with some top tiers with low-mid diff while some of the very top tiers might stand up to him. It's hard to say. Awesome video... 😄 Don't forget tho that fear allows Penny to hurt you as well. You have to fear him to be lured and consumed by him. Seeing on what Constantine fears, which is really nothing. Also gives him the edge! But of course only when Penny is in his weakened form in a realm or dimension. So that helps Constantine win in a major way.
