Yeah he shoots Sarah essen instead of the baby. What elevates that scene in terms of fucked up-ness, is the fact that there were dozens of babies in the same room (that Joker was going to straight up massacre) But after Sarah interfered. Joker no longer found the idea funny and left after shooting her. Leaving dozens of babies surrounding her bleeding out on the ground. Just... Damn
