Thank you Greg and your guests! Absolutely pleased to hear this very informative video today. I need to prepare myself to meet WHO expectation. Although what a pity that process of recruitment is not clear enough and many are doubting themselves. Great move Greg, much appreciated 👍 stay safe. Hey i wanted to know if an international student wanted to get a job at WHO after getting their masters in public health, how difficult would it be to get it and would it be safer to get a registered as licensed healthcare professional first through whatever healthcare council the country follows?

Hello from California. Today is my first day of class for my MPH. Dr. Martin your video about MPH where you did a matrix was very helpful to look into what is the important facts that we as student need to understand. In other words its the spinal cord of Public Health that I never could imagine. My main concern is that, does Public Health Department have some kind of age limit for internship and employment?

Dear Greg, is it a good scenario when G-6 level staff applies to P-level within UN system? For 2 years I had two interviews for P-level positions in WHO in my country, but in both cases other candidates were chosen. Now I think to try myself in G-6 level at any UN entity and after some time apply for P-level in WHO. Thank you so much for this webinar! It was so interesting!

Nadia Evelyne Faher 0 seconds ago Dear Dr. Martin, thank you for this very helpful video. I am interested in pursuing a career in public health. I just have a small query if you could please provide your experience: Many health-related job descriptions on the WHO website have education requirements similar along these lines: “A first level university degree in public health, health sciences or related degree”, “A first level university degree in a health-related field (medicine, public health or closely related field).” I was just wondering, from your own personal experience, whether an undergraduate degree in biological sciences generally tends to be considered to match such WHO eligibility descriptions as I have mentioned above (ex. health-related field/ health sciences); i.e. is it usually considered a related degree? Thank you very much for sharing your experience
