Great to get it to work. You could even leave the original chain on and use the limit screws on the rear derailleur to keep them from interfearing. Maybe the wiper motor with its huge reduction ratio has a lot if torque but little speed so it could drive the 12 on the cassette instead leaving the bigger ones for pedalling. Or lead a much longer chain in a triangle to run the three chainwheels all in one go. I did.

I've got the same motor but can I suggest that because it is a high torque/low speed motor used a lot for lifting people in hoists etc if you had rigged the motor to the front pedal sprocket you would then have all the gears to go faster on the flat and the grunt to get you up the steepest of hills.

you put 36volts or you just parallelized the batteries
