Hi there Firstly I would like to thank you for giving a brilliant explanation on this topic. The question i wish to put forward to is that i have this gum bleeding issue from a young age My overall hygiene for my teeth is great , but the bleeding dose not stop, lately someone told me to Use inner part of the banana skin to rub around my teeth , whenever i do this my teeth stop bleeding Will you be kind enough to give me a explanation as to what is it that banana skin has that relieves my Bleeding. Bahut achha video .....sir I am living in Germany..I have bleeding gums problem. I consulted doctors and they said gums are infected and cleaned my teeth.... Now I am experiencing sever pain in upper left side which I never had before consulting doctor....seems it's tooth related pain....but not seeing blood, swelling nor tooth is moving.......I am scared of going to same doctor now....also this pain is not continuous...it's now and then....what should I do??? Sir please reply are usually get mouth ulcers when I brush my teeth for continuous 5 days or more. With any brand toothpaste the same thing happens. And again as soon as I stop brushing the ulcer is recovered. Because of this problem I am not able to brush daily.
