Thanks for providing us with some easy tools to help with mechanics and mobility for athletes. I will use these to see if my sons are having any mechanical issues. And of course I will be using them to for dynamic movements to get my old body moving...

Your execution of those drills was very impressive! Average joes don't understand how difficult those types of things are, I consider myself fairly athletic but I still might have ended up on my face at some point throughout that battery

This was awesome. Thanks, Matt. Tested myself in a very rudimentary way and already found some things to work at.

As warm up sets, are you doing single leg lowering, supine bird/dogs, & plank variations w/ SL movements?

+Mike M Our boy Matt crushed the home position, but we were able to progress and CHALLENGE the position by asking him to "protect" it as arm(s) and leg(s) moved away from the home position. This is the essence of developing an athlete... stress to progress!

Would u also say that u could be doing more rotational work (both sides) to counter balance the left side deficiencies or is it from old injuries? Thanks for sharing, Matt!
