@@PhilsCampingReviews Hi Phil, yup went for a drive to the Gosford store and bought one - will need to get some extra side poles though

Nice work Phil. Somewhat entertaining trying to put that up in that wind on your own. Laughin with you not at you mate. Good job getting it up in that bloody wind. I am waiting on the medium tarp to put in the trailer as some protection from hail for my Cruiser if I get caught out. This helps convince me that the tarp can handle the role. Great work Phil - Liked

Crazy how that wind just out of the blue picked up like that. It was a great test.

Very informative. Wondering how much spare room to play once we peg down a Blackwolf turbo twin tent underneath. Deciding between the the 2 size. Any suggestion would helpful.

I would go for the large in your case. And get the extra poles for each corner. 6 in total.

Hey Phil, would it work if you kept the ropes connected to the tarp all the time? Might be quicker? Or do they get tangled too much.
@PhilsCampingReviews4 жыл бұрын
That’s what I do, but if there is much wind about it’s difficult to not end up in a knot and a mess. I now remove half the ropes. Another thing is the spigot on the Drifta Stockton 4 stage pole don’t fit in the tie off point if you leave the guy line tied to awning.
@PhilsCampingReviews4 жыл бұрын
All you do in that situation is tie of a loop on the rope you want to use the 4 stage pole.

I get you. Thanks. It’s not until you have one that you would find these things out. That’s why your videos are good to watch:) thanks
