Car Charging Port Not Working, Easy Fix!

I recently bought a 370z and the first thing I noticed was that the charging port was not working. It’s located in my center console. The Z does have a aftermarket radio installed so I’m not sure if that’s the issue. I can’t find any videos and the forums don’t really have any information related to my issue.

1:25 I dropped a dime in there and I fished it out with a paper clip now it’s not working. You said no metal and that’s 2 things that are metal. What does this mean?

Sir thank you so much. Wow! It’s so crazy to me that you actually just made this video just a few hours ago and it was just what I needed. Although your older video popped up first. That was no one other than God. So if you didn’t already know how God speaks you most definitely heard him when he prompted it on your mind to redo this video. Have you tried a different car charger? It might be the charger itself
