Drifting in the Digital Sea

A background I made for myself to use later in streams. Just a basic 1 minute loop to add background interest instead of the usual static image. Also made for good 3D practice instead of illustrating it out like I had initially planned.
I still have no idea why the frame juddering on left to right moving objects is so bad. It was like that before I even rendered it in blender and it makes a good deal of stuff literally unreadable. I'm still very new to it, so any answers as to why that is would be helpful. For now I'll just keep it as a learning experience.
