The Cowboy hat was clever. At first I thought it was just a random aesthetic choice until I realized it also was there to contextualize TSC's rotational position in 3D space, since otherwise we wouldn't be able to tell what direction his body was facing unless the surrounding objects and environment were not symmetrical in shape, which most of them were.

I found that this entire video shows the development of a civilization. The orange guy represents a civilization born on the Earth. He(it) learns to take advantage of physics, before going into space. He continues to discover a lot of knowledge. As the time goes on, he obtains the technology to travel across the space, a dream of humanity which is represented by the rocket. Finally, he gets enough power to control the entire universe(type 4), before becoming multiverse civilization(type 5).

I would greatly appreciate your comments on my review, titled 'Black Hole Physics Student Reacts to Animation vs. Physics by Alan Becker | Comprehensive Analysis,' as this interaction would contribute to our mutual learning. I began crafting my review merely an hour after the video's release and now I have completed and published it. Alan, I must say, your work is out of this world. Using 0:23 as a ruler, I found that TSC's head is approximately 0.564814815 meters in diameter accounting for line thickness. Interestingly, if you measure from the center of the line (i.e. not accounting for line thickness), his head is almost exactly 0.5m in diameter. I checked the AVM series, but by this measurement, each block would be 0.5m on a side. I have no idea how this information is useful, but here you go.

He identifies, learns, and masters pretty much anything placed in front of him. Even the most intelligent physicists take a decade or more to learn half of what TSC does in this16 minute video, and though there is no way of knowing how much time elapsed for _him_ between the first and last seconds of the video, you also have to remember he's learning this by himself, with no learning material or teacher. I think this is a aspect that all stick-figures have - rapid learning, self-improvement, and photographic memory. I personally head-canon that the AvA universe is where human imagination and concepts come to life and "imprint" into reality, explaining why random stick-figures, video game characters, phone apps, even cave art can turn alive. Due to this, since stick-figures are culturally seen as "badass" going by the thousands of "stick figure fighting" videos, the concept of a stick-figure is a badass by their nature, and a badass can learn concepts really quickly (such as mastering martial arts almost instantly after observing for a minute). Also explains why the physics dimension seems to work off of our *MODERN* understanding of physics, not a "more complicated" true life version - it's not actually the dimension of physics, its the dimension of humanities *understanding* and *concepts* of physics. Most of the higher end phyics stuff TSC had learnt would probably not even work, because humans don't know if Singularities, Tipler Cylinders, Manifolds, Worldsheets etc even exist aside from "well our current models could work or need to work with these in place." Also why the Math Dimension uses human Maths, not "real" math - mathmatics as we understand is a language we invented.

Black holes are so terrifyingly fascinating. On one hand, in can suck you in, and basically take you to a place that does not exist. It removes you from space time. But at the same time, it’s fascinating because you can see your future and past self, it removes you from the limitations of the normal universe but where you’ll end up is unknown.

i love how the thing that motivates him to go into the black hole in the first place, effectively starting everything is an apple, the thing which prompted issac newton to discover physics and effectively start everything

One of the most fantastic animations thus far. Glad to keep coming back to Alan Becker over a decade later, amazing to see your progress.

Amazing work you've done to point out all these! Btw, can you explain to me how g became 0 at @4:20? Can g ever be 0? Apparently it says, "g= 0 m/s²"
@Kopfschmerzen1016 ай бұрын
@@rafidabrar2700 thank you so much, why g = 0 is because As the distance of the objects outer the earth's surface is very large, the gravitational force of earth weakens. Now, think about being in a spaceship far away from Earth. You’re so far away that the Earth can’t pull you back like it does on the trampoline. That’s why in space, you feel like you’re floating. The gravity from the Earth is very, very weak because you’re so far away. It’s like it’s almost not there at all. So, when people say gravity is zero in space, they mean that the Earth isn’t pulling you back down anymore, and you can float around like you’re in a big, endless playground.

@@Kopfschmerzen101 But isn't it the case that we feel like floating in space (ie. what people call "zero gravity"; let's say, on satellite) because we are in free fall and there is no air friction to make us feel it and there is nothing to stop us? And...for example, moon (which is obviously very far in space) - its weight (Mg), which is the gravitational force, works as the centripetal force for its revolution around the Earth - which would mean there is still some g effective there (though it can be considered negligible for us). But it does not feel the huge weight Mg, since there is nothing to stop it. So it ends up revolving around the Earth. In other words, it is in free fall but keeps missing the earth again and again, hence making it a motion of revolution. Although the value of g becomes completely 0 at infinity, I understand the part that at very large distances, especially above 13635 km (just for comparison, satellite generally starts from 160 km, so 13635 km is a huge distance) the value of g will become less than 1. In such cases, it may be considered negligible. Thank you for your explanation.

I just realized something, the rocket and apple are the same designs of whenever TSC draws a rocket/missle or apple so it’s subtle foreshadowing of the fact that TSC is both creator and “tester”
