Thanks Ogir, Yes, the Captain Cook coin holds a pretty special place. For nearly 20 years there until 1988 there was only 4 commemorative coins. Back in my youth these were ones that yous saw the most. The two royal coins were hoarded when they came out, so could be pretty scare. It wasnt until the 1982 Commonwealth games came out that we got a lot around the country, They really went crazy with that one and its 49 mil mintage

G'day Phil, the coin of the hunt certainly goes to the 2nd crispy Tall Ships, the NI Fed & the big robe cud were both cool finds, nice upgrade for the book, I did 2 x 10 roll 50c hunts this week for 10 coins, my best result in several months, QLD, NSW & VIC Fed coins, 2 x Rams Heads, 2020 CoA's, a crispy 1985 COA's & an average 1993 CoA's, a NIFC Resourceful and an incused Millennium. Afternoon Phil small hunt in keepers but what you did find very crispy nice tall ships and I think you found a 1974 in good condition have a good week end cheers mate. 👍👊🙏

Hi phil well my last hunt mate I got 2 x 2020's, 2 x 19 irb's , 1 x marbo , 2 x language coins , a 12 donut from a 50c hunt and a w from a gach 3 $1 hunt. Love the tall ships coin , keep up the good work buddy and will catch you next time. 😊😊😊

Ohhh mate that is a very nice 78 mate any 70's coins are very hard to find in good nick. Always a keeper
