If you plan your new shed the right way you could get them to make add brackets etc so you can just extend off one or both ends down the track. Make so end external wall can later become internal walls. Like they do with portable school buildings etc.

Agree - let the extra roosters roam if you don't plan on eating them. One rooster 12 hens is optimal. In fact unless you want to raise chicks you don't even need a rooster, hens lay unfertile eggs anyway.

❤ Best decision y'all could have made was to move to a larger property with electric power and water and high speed internet access for the children and yourselves. Closer to stopping and school. This alone will have a good impact on the stress levels at you're present location. Good for David too. Except for when he's gone on trips you will not be able to take care of his animals and keep a watch over his place. Same thing for you too. I love your new 14.59 or 13.59 acre property. I just wish and hope you will be able to find the best location for your home there. I know it's already got power at 1 location but it was so wet there and it will cost you a lot of money to put gravel down for a long distance driveway. Big rocks first then smaller on top. Looking forward to seeing the adventures. Good luck with everything y'all are going to be doing. Love ya very much.
