Things to see on Lough Erne - through Foalies cut to Belturbet. Coffee break on the way back out at Crom, the oldest tree in Ireland at Old Crom Castle. Visit the Hare Krishnas at Inishrath if you can withstand the polite religious talk. Stop overnight at Tirraroe and take the small boat around the nearby islands. Pass our boat at Noble Dock on the way into Carrybridge. Lunch at the Carrybridge hotel, looks like a portacabin but the food is good. Posher nosh at the Killyhevlin Hotel on the way into Enniskillen. Stop and shop in Enniskillen, good pubs and restaurants. Must do stop is Devenish on the way out of Enniskillen. Castle Archdale is worth a visit, good aircraft museum. Lower lough stops, Kesh, Lusty Beg, Castlecaldwell and the pottery at Belleek.

Wow nick I'd need two lives to do all that! but I certainly will try to do as much as I can. The aircraft museum is a must, there are still two of the old Lough Erne fuel boats that served the Catalinas on the waterways, Blackthorne and I'm told the other is Whitethorne although I've never seen it. I do hope that we get a bit of a summer this year, there is so much to see. 👍

Great to see ye enjoying the canal at Kilclare. I remember when they were working on the canal there in the early nineties. My Dad was really hoping that it would be a big success for the area and especially the cross-border element. Looks very well there. I've always heard it pronounced "Kilclarr", but you may have heard different. Great work folks. 👍🏻

Thank you for another great video! You definitely have to spend the night on Inish Davar on Lough Erne..magical place and you might be still no too late to see the carpet made of bluebells covering the island, truly amazing island....ps I've been living in Ireland for the past 13 years and never seen the Thunderstorm :), maybe once in winter 2010... but it was Thunder Snow! Plenty of storms alright but never seen the Lightning apart that winter event..

Hi Wojciech, Thanks for that and I will do my best to visit Inish Davar it sounds like a really nice spot. There certainly is a lot to see here, really looking forward to this season.

Hi Guys, thanks for the videos, we love watching them. I'll second the advice re Inish Davar or "Bluebell Island" if you get to Lower Lough Erne. Carrybridge and Tully Inishmore are lovely spots to stop over on the river between the two lakes. I'd recommend Tully Inishmore for the overnight stay as it's so peaceful. We're down at the boat at the minute and are heading for the Lower Lake from our mooring in Bellanaleck. Hopefully we'll bump into you as there are so many lovely places we could point out. Look out for "Adventurer". You'll not miss us as we're flying every European flag (Eurovision weekend)!

Hi Guys I am looking forward to checking out what has being happening on the Ulster Canal, think it starts around Castle Saunderson, Navigable to a scouts Den but don't know how far you can cruise.

Hi Richie, I remember visiting it by boat somewhere around the Quivvy Waters long time ago, and I hope to do so again this season. It's in a beautiful location, looking forward to checking it out.
