Haha I appreciate that feedback good sir! 🙂 But to me it's awesome fun! I love it, and if I die doing it, then awesome! I would want to go with my boots on. Some people enjoy sledding in the mountains and risk of avalanche, some people enjoy motor cross back flips, with risk of death. Some people enjoy acrobatics or walking on the wings of air planes or jumping out of a plane without anything in hopes to hit a target on the ground.. What I am saying is, there's tons of life threatening things you can do in this world, and people do them because they enjoy it! At least I hope they do 🙂 If I die, so be it.. But I will die doing what I love and I wouldn't nor would anyone who knows me, want it any other way 🙂🤷🏼‍♂️ But then again, you could get killed at a cross walk while walking during the green symbol in a small town 🤦‍♂️ that would suck... In other words, enjoy life! We could be gone tomorrow 🙂

Yes, we could be gone tomorrow but does that justify increasing the probability of possibly losing a leg or two or even death? Will be difficult to navigate those fields from a wheelchair. Believe me your whole life will change in an instant and you'll have regrets. You're a big boy capable of making big boy decisions, but just remember it's not always death on the other side of an accident and others depend on you. Been there done that and I got the wheelchair to prove it.

Just putted in the row a bit of throttle and then back out to help clean the potatoes in the back. As a kid it was running and jumping between tractor and machine. But still when I see this know I don't really feel comfortable.

Nobody minds going back to school, no matter what your age, as long as you enjoy the subject, and this subject is wonderful, and so informative. We tend to relate education with youth, so as I’m being educated while I watch theses videos, i feel somewhat younger. This may even be healthy.

All these comments about Mike being dangerous make me laugh, it's his life & he gets to choose how to live it. Modern people (if that's a reasonable description) tend to live in a cotton wool cuddled way & that's OK if that's what you want, but sometimes the rest of us feel the need to live a fuller life. Our life is so fleeting & over so quickly that if we're not careful it will be over before we've realised we've forgotten to live it. Personally, I would like to see the other workers taking random paintball gun pot shots at Mike while he surfs the drill with an eye patch & one hand tied behind his back! Titter!!! 😄😁😄

How slow was Ashtyn driving ? Farm life seemed different compared to town life Back in my farming days as 8 to 14 years when we grew our own potatoes we used cow manure in the drills to plant them in . When it was only my brother and I putting out the manure from a tractor/trailer I used to set the tractor going down the drills and walk back along the draw bar onto the trailer to fork of the manure and back onto the tractor at the end of the field to turn it around and never thought anything of doing that and got the job done 🤗🤗 . Could tell u of many things I done that might seem crazy to others but it would make for a long text . Stay safe Mike . Enjoy your videos 👍🏻

Hi, I've done similar stuff myself, only not planting potatoes but collecting bales of hay & straw. Set the tractor & trailer slowly making its way across the field while using a pitchfork to lift & load up, hard hot work during the Summer but beats working out down the gym, plus you gain a free tan too!

A couple of things Mike 1 would you get less compaction running slicks on the grain carts (more square inches per tyre) 2 work your fields in different directions ( 45 degrees to previous year) as my thinking if your using the same tractors and carts with GPS your running in the same wheel tracks each year.

I know all about them dam wiring harnesses Mike I pulled all the wires out of a Macdon header once the header got caught on a big groupe in the field and knocked the header off the combine wow it was a mess for sure I still have that wiring diagram in my phone lol 😂 about a year late another farmer did the same thing I sent him the diagram too 😂

This is why I don’t hire anyone but family members to work for me so we don’t have visits from OSHA and we can all do the shit mike was doing doesn’t mean we should but we can:). You wanna hire me mike I run a 1050 with a 63 foot Bourgault and then a 620 Steiger with an 84 foot Bourgault. Well my wife runs the 1050 she doesn’t like it one but she hates the bigger one or the Steiger both mine only have duals on them thought about triples but don’t really need them they would look badass though:D. Hey mike, how do you match the GPS lines from the smaller seeder on the Fendt to the other seeders that are wider? Do you sometimes have to seed a small strip that’s left because of unmatching seeder widths?
