The wagons _in the base game_ already don't take into account how close they are to things that are overflowing. It's really bad. They'll walk past a spilling rig to empty a silo because a wagon across the board is on its way to that rig.

tbh it's unnecessary a lot of the time because Tyler usually ends up hovering his cursor over the thing he's talking about. Also some events and npcs, like the dowsers, already have an in-game sound effect and animation to catch the player's attention and by extension the viewer's attention.

Silio's can fit by far more oil than refineries. If you have two silos and two refineries you can keep the petrol production going. If you have 4 refineries you have to block your pipes because you don't have the space to store the excess oil
