in the first place no legislator should be allowed to meddle with infrastructure project of the government agency because that's where corruption comes in. All congressman should not be allowed as well to do business. all government position should be held sacred and their services should be nil. they will only be given enough monthly stipend to sustain his and his family's living. i dont know if there will still be anyone willing to serve the people.
