4 cinnamon sticks, 4 tbs of cloves, to 3 quarts of water. Let it sit until the 4th day, water will be brown, then drink as juice with honey, or no honey, my wife did this for her, and it helped to lower blood pressure! God is amazing!

My father is Pakistani and he's a driver in Kuwait. He works there with fellow indians. My father was a smoker and it ruined his lungs. He had alot of phlegm and always coughed. One day one of his Indian friend told him you should chew on cloves like I do. And it has amazing results.just try. My father started taking cloves regularly. And his phlegm was gone. It took time but it cleared the issues as his teeth were also so bad. Now he doesn't have any pain in his teeth. And I was surprised that he no longer coughs. Because I always used to see him coughing and I used to recognize him by far from my room by his cough. But he doesn't cough anymore

Back in the early 90s, I had a tooth pulled, and developed a painful condition of what’s called “dry socket”. My dentist had me come in for treatment, and his treatment (at no cost), was to simply insert a whole dry clove into the socket. He told me to just leave it in place until it dissolved. Completely numbed the pain & healed it up. Never forgot that.

Don’t know if this is allowed but I’ll tell my story. I have dental implants for more than 22 years. A change in my health has me on a powerful biologic injections and one of the side effects I was told could be infections in my mouth. I did get an infection. It cost me $20,000 for these implants, to take them out I’m sure will cost a lot besides once the implants are out my jaw will collapse, I was a wreck! My daughter told me about an Indian that told her that he chews cloves to keep his mouth clean from infection. I ordered clove bud oil and applied it full strength on my infected implants. It burned like the devil the first couple of times. The infection is gone! It no longer burns and I apply it for maintenance. I’m in awe of this natural product. Im sure the pharmaceutical companies don’t want this out there. Thanks Dr. Berg. You are awesome!

Majority of indigenous people from the Americas migrated from Siberia, Mongolia Persian Empire and before that Africa. Let us of migration in the past bringing ancient knowledge of their ancestral bloodline. Hence the reason you see many native American tribes look East Asian or Middle Eastern Africa .. those continents separated so that's where division began They bought all that knowledge from the old world after the polar switch... @@Life_as_an_ant

Dentists wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix it with laser surgery. In India, when babies are teething, we rub clove oil on sore gums. Helps numb pain with no toxic effects. It is interesting that one reader from Ethiopia commented about its use in tea. Indians have the same thing. Indians after all, originated from South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and brought their food habits with them. Masala Chai in India, is a fortified rich thick brew for winter days, with black tea, sugar, milk, and a variety of spices such as garam masala (heat producing spices) or cardamom/ clove/ cinnamon/ ginger in the tea. These spices warm you up and have medically protective benefits.

I love the taste and smell of cloves! I keep both whole and powder. I put a few in my hot tea. Last year I had a tooth issue and couldn’t get to a dentist. Just mixed a couple drops of clove oil with a few drops coconut oil. Swabbed the gum around the tooth and pain was gone and swelling within a couple days. My dentist just smiled when I told her😉 I’m going to make some clove water to use as a mouthwash. Thank you for this video!!

As a fellow health KZbinr, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your insights on the benefits of drinking clove water at night! It's fascinating to learn about the historical significance of cloves and their medicinal properties. In addition to the benefits you mentioned, I’d like to highlight that cloves are also rich in antioxidants, which can help combat oxidative stress in the body. This is particularly important for overall health and longevity. Moreover, the eugenol in cloves not only aids in oral health but also has anti-inflammatory properties that can support heart health by improving circulation and reducing blood pressure. For those looking to incorporate clove water into their routine, I recommend steeping a few whole cloves in hot water for about 10-15 minutes to extract the beneficial compounds effectively. This can be a soothing bedtime ritual that promotes relaxation and better sleep. Thanks for sharing such valuable information, Dr. Berg! Your channel continues to be a fantastic resource for those of us interested in natural health solutions. Keep up the great work!

Why is it that people forget India's contributions in ancient medicines etc. There's a very rich literature on the use of spices for medicinal purposes in India. There's a reason why our food uses a lot of spices, its not just for taste it is for medicinal reasons too. We have used cloves for pain relief etc for thousands of years.

I don't think they forget. I don't think they ever knew. Our American medical system tries desperately to keep its citizens from discovering natural cures and remedies because they want us to use their expensive medical services instead. I encourage you to share your knowledge of Indian natural remedies on social media. I think most people would listen to you.
