Fun fact I learned recently, the “dirtiness” of your sheet pans is normal and primarily due to the oil you cook your food with starting to bond chemically with the pan itself. There’s nothing wrong with that; in fact, it’s exactly how cast iron pans get “seasoned.” Rock those crusty brown pans! It’s a sign you’re cooking delicious things and has zero impact on the quality of your food!

How did you manage to lose a lid to a pot? I know dryers will eat socks but I've never heard of a dishwasher eating lids. Also, be careful putting thin peelings down your garbage disposal because they can clog it up (happened to me with potato peels).
