If they reached out to the relatives they could easily confirm the existence of lack thereof of that uncle in Ireland. Personally I would go a step further to reach out to that uncle in real life to confirm the situation as well, 7 years ago when he was still alive. Passing down $37 million to a nephew you never ever seen in your life is just utterly absurd.

We should stop judging people based on their cleaning regiment. There are many reasons why people live in filth. It could be how they were raised, but it can also be the result of depression, and addiction. I say that from experience. I was a serious hard-core hoarder for about 5 years after losing my mother and all i cared about was ❄️ 👃 and 🍺 I remember how many family members, "friends" and neighbors smirked and took great sadistic joy in my suffering. Once I cleaned up in every way possible, it was a blessing to cut them out of my life. There are plenty of people in this world who do a lovely job masquerading as good people. They obey traffic signs, are neat and tidy, charming, and yet are rotten..

He wasn’t educated at school beyond his tenth grade as he had to quit and start working for wages. He was the eldest of seven and gave money to his mother every paycheque. He eventually landed a union job which he kept for his lifetime, taking an early retirement package from the company he worked for at 62. When asked by a stranger to give them money he would say “I was just going to ask you that!” He never lent money and he never borrowed any either. Rest In Peace Dad. I’ll see you on the other side.

@@leannemo7382indeed that is accurate. As someone who’s drafted hundreds of wills over my 30 year career, I can say with certainty that even had she been successful in getting him to amend his will, it would not be deemed voluntary if challenged due to her coercion, rendering the will invalid. In such circumstances the state applies the law of intestate succession, which passes the estate to the first degree relative (spouse, then child(ren), then parents and on down the familial line). That would’ve left her right back where she started, that being out of luck. This is how it works if there is an actual inheritance to distribute which here appears to be the victim’s truck and personal belongings

@daniellehotsky1776 Күн бұрын
@ F**K Marx and all communists. Capitalism is not perfect, but is the best way how markets and economy can exist. Some borders (laws, like antitrust etc) is a must. But the capitalism is really not the problem. Problem is greed of people. If you will force your anticapitalistic views on someone, you can only view rise of dictatorships like in Soviet Russia, North Korea, or now Venezuela, which has I think the most oil on whole planet, but idiotic socialists make it one of the poorest country in Americas. It could be the Dubai of South America, but people run away from the country. With capitalism and free market you can do whatever you want (in terms of law of course). In capitalism you have freedom. In rotting socialism NOT. That's a fact. That secularism causes sociopathic behaviour is the biggest BS I've read in a very long time. Religion and churches CANNOT dictate anything in governing the society. Again, more church in governing, less freedom. That's a fact too. Nobody forcing you to not do your religion stuff in free society. But if church dictate what's good or bad, less freedom again. (I do not forcing you to go to abortion, so do not dictate me if I want to, etc etc... it's not only about abortions of course)
