I’ve started one creative task for the week, and one book a month, and just a little movement every morning!! What i realised is, none of these drained my energy, they always pump me up!! Oh I love the book Atomic Habits It's a great video. Specially how you divided the time to drink water because I struggle in that habit. What I do is not monthly but weekly habit which is to do fasting on every Monday. This helps a lot to get my body cleaned and helps to maintain ideal weight.
