I ran the 4.19 showdowns with injora dual stage blue foams for a little. They had amazing grip on rocks, but struggled with any other surface.

I have a set of 2.2 Rowdys on my Bomber, they're quite decent in foresty bashing, some light trailing and occasional crawl. paired with a Hobbywing Axe 3300kv haha. fun vehicle, pain to work on

I wonder if the foam in the 2.2 could just be a bit stiff, the one in the 2.2 champs is quite soft though if they've stuck with the same one. I'm quite glad it's not a great tire, I was hoping louise might do the LP version which was 135mm high but looks like it's not a great loss to the crawling world.

Showdowns are dedicated wet/mud tires....of course they are not that great on dry surface.Happy holidays for all 🎅🎄🎅🎄

​@@themountain59 if this is some sort of claim that the Showdown, regardless of size, would be superior to the Fling King in a wet/mud environment, then it comes 100% from the category of people that "don't know what they're talking about." A Showdown in mud is going to beat a Fling King. Nor on sand, or loam, or any other loose surface. The Showdown is Duratrax's sorta-kind Pro X. An all-rounder that isn't really superb at anything.

They discontinued right? Louise Rowdy lay on my table, they are stiff as f***. The insert doesnt matter. You can put Ghost A.L.T. Foams in it oder blue Injora inserts, u can feel just a little difference. Very sad and they whey 121 grams per tire. I think you drive them the wrong way.

I dont like the Showdown's design, its like a Kryptonite, but too "toy-ish" with the rounded lugs They tie up in 29th place (1.9) and 49th place (2.2)
