Oh man i have a very nice limited blu ray mediabook and a german 4k mediabook of this film and STILL i am thinkin about getting this. Its 100 euros on ebay. The movie is that important to me. But in the end i have to admit that the box takes away too much space. And all i can see is a scorpion and a hammer, a watch and a golden car. I would have loved more effort on that. So i think i will pass on the box but will pick up the single 4k for it is 100 times better than the german release. 😎

Loved this film when it first came out. Everyone knows the soundtrack is great, but now I predominantly love it for the Albert Brooks scenes. The man just makes every film better.

Great film, I got the box set too. It’s a beast. Dawn of the Dead limited edition from Second Sight is the heftiest box though, beats Drive by 1.5cm lol.

For me this is also the release of the year so far. I own the damn thing but I've watched half a dozen unboxing videos of it already! Close second so far for me is the Phenomena release by Synapse. I love the artwork on there and the poster included. And the scan looks great and the movie is a riot! Can't wait for your top list of the year!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: there are many 4K/blu ray channels out there, but you can’t fake the special sauce that is true friendship, and that’s why I’m always drawn to your channel, and why I think it stands out from all the rest; rather than it feeling as if it’s someone speaking at me, I always feel as if I’m enjoying this thing called physical media collecting with my buddies; when the podcast drops, it’s what I listen to on my walk home from work, and I always look forward to it. As for that gorgeous box set, fit for a 4K king-I’d love to be able to place it proudly on my shelf, knowing Second Sight didn’t use paper sleeves like The Godfather trilogy collector’s edition did (sorry Matt 😬).

I think I should get the second copy of the Drive set for frankly my dedication to get this comment down before you guys hit 2000 subscribers. It is 3 AM and I have to work tomorrow, but I saw this video referenced in one of your 4K update videos and raced to action per se. I will not eat (properly) I will not sleep (properly) if I don’t receive this copy of Drive. I waited too long on this particular set and as I sit here typing this comment in my underwear on my bed, I see a the light at the end of the tunnel to get this awesome set in my collection. Low key you two do great work on this channel, and I appreciate you two for making me aware of the Guest box set (which I have), which is my favorite movie ever. But this is not the time for butt kissing, I need this box set in my collection…it’ll look great next to my Witch/Guest second sights on my shelf. There is a void in me, and that void will be filled if I get this edition of Drive.
