My shaft is broken inside transaxle the other part from the wheel is hanging loose. How hard is it to remove broken part in transaxle?

We live in Iraq...a country occupied and destroyed by USA .. We do not have new spare parts That is why we put the used undamaged one ... And the car owner knows this Do you understand now smart man !!😒 ?
