Bamburi in general has everything you need in your neighborhood, 24 hours matatus bamburi docks, (before covid happened) bar and restaurants, vibanda skis, cyber cafes, entertainment joints, easy route to mtwapa (sin city)

Bamburi is on another level especially areas past mambo going towards vescon, and fisheries with airbnbs around with good rate bamburi is a place to be for party goers who want to avoid either going to town or mtwapa, presence of shopping malls has also make it more convinient for residents.

I no longer stay there for now 3 years...but man watu wamejenga...I used to live hapo fisheries....I appreciate you taking time to show people like me how mtaa tuliwacha vile imekua... you know when life forces you to live and work in another country..you get bored and be home sick but with videos like yours makes us feel home away from home....what you do it's amazing and educates and brings joy to people ..thank you so much and may the almighty God bless you in all you do ...Kule kwetu 👍🏽

Bonjour Olivia, je me souviens de Bamburi des années 90 car j'avais séjourné dans les hôtels " Silver Star, Silver Beach et Paradise Beach " .Je ne sais d'ailleurs pas si ces hôtels existent encore et Bamburi était à proximité, je me souviens être allé un dimanche matin à la messe dans une église de Bamburi, c'était magnifique, une messe rythmée par les instruments de musique, c'était vraiment superbe. Belles images également de cette partie de Bamburi avec ce parc et les animaux.Bravo !

Bamburi is no longer good for family life.its slowly becoming like mtwapa. Lots n lots of night clubs with very loud music throughout the night. Lots of prostitution also now happening.basically its an extension of mtwapa. It used to be a chilled place to live years back. Not any longer. Too many highrise apartments coming up unfortunately, the more crowded a place becomes the lower the quality of family life coz crime pia inaongezeka. Its like Umoja in Nairobi. It can be a place to start life. Coz housing is affordable. Unfortunately the places in mombasa that are decent now are not very affordable.
