That was a really seamless process, thanks for sharing. There wee a couple of moments when you held the wheel as the car was moving a bit quicker with a vehicle in front of it and later with the truck. While things are getting better, I would be doing the same as well as I would likely be driving at a lower speed than the car would however, it seems from the driver's display, it identified people walking and the trunk later and had already planned its route. It slowed seemingly for the guy but, continued as he was a bit slow to move. I was a little worried about how it pulled out on to the service road before the highway, I guess the car had already confirmed nothing was coming and just headed out. This is a really great showing of how well NIO's system works.

I am glad you reviewed my content in detail. This auto driving system is based on LiDAR hardware instead of only cameras/visions so the vehicle can find out the objects that people couldn't see and using the chips inside to run many simulations in second. I was worried when I firstly used it but now I surely believe it manages better than me.

Thanks Ran for this interesting video. NIO is contiously moving the game ahead! I hope NIO Germany will introduce NOP(+), that would be a giant leap in technology. European law is extremely coservative so it may take a long time...

I hope this feature can be introduced to EU asap too! I’ve used the NOP+ for over 50% of my past trips as I believe it drives better than human sometimes and save you a lot of effort. I’ll look forward to the NAD that coming later as well, could be more astonishing.

Salve , Ran grazie per questo tuo video reale del sistema di scambio automatico di batteria con test di sostituzione completamente automatico attraverso la guida autonoma ! Trovo che la guida autonoma attraverso sensori radar 4d / ottici sia la soluzione oltre che lo scambio batteria nelle stazioni anche e sopratutto in un fururo per portare ad un livello maggior sicurezza sulla strada per evitare incidenti alle persone ed auto . Tesla e NIO , sia già parecchio avanti di decine di anni , nel futuro , NIO ha il vantaggio di avere lo scambio batteria che avantaggi sicuramente in molti utilizzi (penso taxi , o corrieri per trasporto medicinali , merci con consegna urgente ! ) 👍😀 . Complimenti per questo stupendo video !

Ran, the app doesn't tell you what the queue is and how long you need to wait, it's not very convenient. Being able to reserve a time slot seems more practical. Your video of a passing car hauler gives a good indication of buyer preferences.

Thank you for your time spent on my content. The application won’t allow you to be in a queue nor to reserve, only if you are closer enough to the power station. This is to make sure that nobody’s cutting the line from far away, that’s why when you navigate to the power station the system notify you if you want to do the auto order, saying that the system will place the order automatically when you drive near the power station.
