I find always pads quite expensive so I get the ones from Aldi, Lidl, Asda, Poundland etc are just as good as always they are cheaper too but always is amazing!! You can get them for like 60p for anyone who needs them❤️❤️❤️❤️

I did a period poverty campaign in my school to raise awareness and i knew it was a thing but I learned the stats which were shocking. My group then presented assemblies and collected donations throughout the entire school year to give to local charities and now everyone is aware that it is a thing

Period poverty has been something I have been fighting for since I was a teenager, im 29 now. When I first got my period I was so embarrassed. My famiky consisted of my father and my 3 brothers, my mom was there but she was the worker bee and provided for the family. I couldn't talk to anyone with them making fun of me and that includes my mom. (I feel like I have to still defend myself about it... i was young and my period make me moody. I didn't know how to control my normal emotions let along the agony that came with my period. ) I remember not asking for period products because 1) I was embarrassed to get made fun of. And 2) we were poor and all living off only my mothers income. I am so freaking elated to hear you two young ladies are helping provided information about this struggle many women have and showing your audience a way to donate bc unless you've been through it, its very hard to imagine the struggle. Thank you, my younger self heart would be crying but my older self is so happy and excited to give back now that I can!! 🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 You guys are actually really helping out a real issue. Not many youtubers have that knowledge and things like this, to me, set you so much higher that just a KZbinr.

i never really understood why women or people who need pads and sanitary items are made to pay. i understand producing the products aren't free and to pay workers but something thats natural and not imo a 'luxury' shouldn't be made inaccessible to so many women. especially women in prisons who have to reuse items or have a limited supply, or women who in general are unable to purchase easily. This video is very helpful and not many influencers talk about this and acc openly advocate ways to help xx

Places like Morrison’s and Wilko do their own brand pads for between 60 and 80p all year round if that helps anyone! They are exactly the same as branded ones like Always as I know a lot of people can be worried about that 💕

Honestly loved this vid!!! In London a box of 20 tampons cost me £4 at the petrol station!! I don’t like pads so it was my only option I was fuming but I was desperate! Hi! I started my period very young back when I was 10 and didn’t have mine again for a few months! It is totally normal to have an irregular cycle when you first start but over time it will become more regular and easier to track! You have nothing to worry about 💕
