that glitch happened to me 20 years ago... but i dont understand... does the vehicles which fall through the map, gets teleported to above it? like an endless loop lol

I will say that it is infinite but the Y coordinates change and there is a moment that this Y coordinate resets and instead of being under the map you are above the map, i.e. a collision and this whole glitch happens close to the coordinates 0:Z 0:X and also a glitch happens in all cities but safe cars are required and there can't be rain

I know some glitches, both on ReDriver 2 and the PS1 version. My comment did not got through in the video. But I like the glitch videos you have posted

At least the PS1 version did not have patches, so these bugs will normally be there, and I have made Bridge Glitch in all cities and all versions that I could find
