i played this game since childhood and a few minutes ago i found out that you can actually sit on chairs in chicago, i tested it on my psp and shit really works just press triangle when behind the chair

Three years late, but you can do so much more with the "Water" in this game. In Havana I'd send cars off the pier (getting out of them before they left) and sometimes they'd fall out of the sky back in the city. XD

18:29 - KAMIKAZE! ;). I used to do that in this game myself. The sirens on the cop cars in Havana on this game sounded weak and worn out in my opinion. Like a fire truck siren that has lost its tone. Still I liked Havana and Rio missions the best.
